about

I guide people through deep emotional, relational, and spiritual transformation. My work integrates psychotherapy, somatics, meditative science, and real-time relational practice—so you can live with more clarity, creativity, and love.

I’ve spent the last 20 years immersed in this work—through programs at Johns Hopkins, CIIS, Pacifica Graduate Institute, Nalanda Institute, Somatic Experiencing International, and over 30 other schools and lineages. I’ve trained closely with master teachers across disciplines, from osteopathy and meditative science to depth psychology and relational healing.

Most of what I bring comes from years of embodied practice—on the yoga mat, the meditation cushion, in the therapy room, and in deep relationship with mentors, clients, and the unfolding mystery of transformation.

I specialize in guiding long-term groups focused on developing embodied emotional wisdom through relationship. I also offer one-on-one, couples, and family therapy for those drawn to this work.

I work best with people who are already self-aware—but ready to go further. People who’ve done some healing, some reflecting, and now feel the call to bring that insight into the body, into relationship, and into the deeper unfolding of who they are becoming.
